Flight booking system

This case study documents the UX work undertaken to create a flight booking system that needed an intuitive and organic flow. This includes photos of usability testing, empathy maps, affinity diagrams, customer journey maps, low and medium fidelity designs, prototypes and final wireframes. The case study also includes some interesting competitive benchmarking and case studies from Aer Lingus and Ryanair.

This case study documents the whole UX cycle followed to create a website for a start up software training centre. Competitive Benchmarking and Usability Testing played a major part in this particular build.
